1. The County has received a judgment from the Clarke County Circuit Court. The judgment states that the owner of the property (140 White Post Road, White Post, VA) has until June 20, 2025, to demolished the garage or the portion of the garage that violates the setback requirement in the County's Zoning Ordinance. If the owner fails to comply with the order, the County is authorized (directly or through a vendor/contractor) to demolish the garage constructed at 140 White Post Road, White Post, VA 22663. A copy of the judgment will be labeled as Appendix A and will be available for downloading as a separate document on eVA and the County website. 2. Vendor shall provide the equipment, labor, materials, and services necessary to demolish and remove a garage located at 140 White Post Road, White Post, VA 22663. The square footage of the garage is approximately 1644 square feet; however, vendors will be responsible for their own measurements. All questions should be done in writing via email (purchasing@clarkecounty.gov) to Mr. Mike Legge, Purchasing Manager. Please put Question: IFB #25-0709 in the subject line. Please have all questions submitted no later than noon on Friday, June 27, 2025. Demolition and Removal of Garage Work can begin as early as 30 days from date of award. The County would like all work to be completed no later than 60 days from date of award.
