Demolition and site work for a playground / park / athletic field in White Post, Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
** Project has been completed. Replacement of existing ballfield backstop. Demo, removal and disposal of existing backstop on ballfield #5. Furnish and install approximately 80 of 27 high backstop fence to match existing backstop on ballfield #8 (see photos below). Poles to be 4 SS40, 1 5/8 SS40 Brace Rail; 6-gauge wire at the bottom 10 tall, and 9-gauge wire on the rest of the backstop. All work performed to meet the specifications per the included stamped engineered plans. All posts to be set in 4000 PSI concrete on 8 centers, with footers 24 dia. x 60 deep. Substitutions and change orders shall be approved by the Superintendent of Parks. Work to be completed between November 3, 2025, and February 2, 2026.
