The Common Council will consider the bids in the Council/Board Chambers at the Government Center at 6:00 P.M. on July 7, 2025. Each bid must be accompanied by a cash deposit, bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check payable to the City of Rochester, Minnesota, for at least 5% the amount of the bid, which amount shall be forfeited to the City of Rochester, Minnesota, as liquidated damages if the bidder, upon the letting of the contract to them shall fail to enter into the contract so let; the Common Council reserving the right to reject any and all bids.
