This project is an interior expansion to the Olmsted County and City of Rochester Law Enforcement Center (LEC) evidence room and construction of a new storage room located in Rochester, Minnesota. As of September 5, 2025, an awarded general contractor has been identified. All trades have been awarded. Construction is estimated to start later this month. Project no-01241205 All demolition waste from a County project shall be disposed of at the Olmsted County Kalmar Landfill, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) permitted demolition landfill. 4.3 The Contractor shall be responsible for transportation of waste, recycling, or salvaged materials. 4.4 The Kalmar Landfill is located at 7401 19th Street NW, Rochester, MN 55901. The demolition waste shall be delivered between 8:30AM - 3:30PM, Monday-Friday. Question Deadline 08/11/2025 at 2:00 PM CT This project has Prevailing Wage Requirements.
