Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Sylacauga, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project Includes, but is Not Limited to, Existing Parking Lot Improvements, the Addition of Eight Pickleball Courts and One Basketball Court Including Fencing and Lighting, Community Lawn and Small Restroom Pavilion. Questions Regarding This Project Should Be Directed, in Writing, to Celia Gannaway (Cgannaway@wba-architects.com) No Later Than Three (3) Business Days Prior to Bid Opening. A Cashier's Check or Bid Bond Payable to the City of Sylacauga, in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of the Bid, but in No Event More Than $10,000, Must Accompany the Bidder's Proposal. Performance and Statutory Labor and Material Payment Bonds, and Insurance in Compliance With Requirements, Will Be Required at the Signing of the Contract. No Bid Shall Be Withdrawn for a Period of Thirty (30) Days Subsequent to the Opening of Bids Without the Consent of the City of Sylacauga. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals, to Waive Technical Errors and/or Abandon the Prequalification and Bid Process if, in Their Judgment, the Best Interests of the Owner Will Thereby Be Promoted.
