Copper Wire Replacements For labor, transportation, and equipment for the Copper Wire Replacements - 2025 The project will consist of Labor for replacing Copper Wire with ACSR, along with replacing Insulators, Crossarms, and Clamps. Additionally, this project will have three (3) Alternates. Owner will furnish all materials. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Each bidder must be licensed as a contractor under the laws of the State of Alabama and will be required to advertise completion of the contract in accordance with Alabama State Law.
