** As of September 24,2025, project was awarded to Alabama Contract Sales Inc., but awarded amount is not available.** Renovation to B.B. Comer High School Auditorium Package B: Seating The Bid Shall Include Furnishing 750 Seats. Installation and Demolition of Existing Seats Shall Not Be Included. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals and to Waive Technical Errors if, in the Owner's Judgment, the Best Interests of the Owner Will Thereby Be Promoted. Bids Must Be Submitted on Proposal Forms Furnished by the Architect or Copies Thereof, Issued Either With the Original Contract Documents or by Addendum. Bids That Are Received via Mail and Not Presented at the Bid Opening Are to Be Considered Non-responsive. It is the Responsibility of the Bidder to Assure That Bids Are Presented at the Time of the Bid if They Choose to Mail the Bid. Contractors Must Notify the Awarding Authority if a Bid is to Be Received by Mail. All RFl's must be numbered and made in writing to the Architect's email rfi@lathanassociates.com. Please include your name, company name and telephone number, so that we may respond appropriately. VERBAL RFL'S WILL NOT BE ANSWERED. ALL RFL'S MUST BE IN WRITING
