TAPAA-TA18(914) Streetscape Improvements along SR-21 and TAPAA-TA19(914) Streetscape and ADA Improvements to the Parking Area Between Norton Avenue and SR-21 TAPAA-TA18(914) Streetscape Improvements along SR 21 will include streetscaping in the downtown area along SR-21 (Broadway Avenue) from 5th Street to 6Th Street, and the parking area East of Alabama Highway 21 between 2nd and 3rd Street. TAPPA-TA19(914) Streetscape and ADA Improvements to the parking area between Norton Avenue and SR-21 (Broadway Avenue) will include the parking area renovations on the West side of SR-21 (Broadway Avenue) between 2nd Street and 3rd Street, and 1st Street and 2nd Street. Questions or comments pertaining to this bid must be presented in writing and sent as an email to 18-19Sylacauga@edtinc.net no later than three (3) days prior to the bid opening or will be forever waived. All bids must be on blank bid forms provided in the Bid documents. Bids shall be sealed and must be submitted as lump sum bids. Bids shall be accompanied by a BID SECURITY equal to five (5) percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
