This project will address aging plumbing fixtures and piping in three restroom facilities (including one bathhouse) located along the north side of Lake Corpus Christi State Park. New piping (water, wastewater, vent) and plumbing fixtures (water closets, urinals, lavatories, hose bibbs, floor drains, and showers) need to be installed in order to have completely functional and up to date restroom facilities. Provide new piping and plumbing fixtures at one Bathhouse and two Restrooms at Lake Corpus Christi State Park The Engineer's Probable Opinion of Cost ranges from $30,000.00 to $40,000.00.
