Renovation of a mixed-use development in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility; and water / sewer project.
As of July 8, 2025 project was awarded to Spring Sheet Metal and Roofing in the amount of $286,372.50. 2025 Roof Rehabilitation Program Furnish and install built-up roof overlay system and appurtenances at the following; approximately 2,450 square feet at Echo Street Pump Station located at 216 Echo Street in the Town of Irondequoit, 2,950 square feet at Low Lift Pump Station located at 639 Edgemere Drive in the Town of Greece, and 830 square feet at Wisconsin Street Storage Building located at 366 Wisconsin Street in the City of Rochester. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. Doc Notes: The Bidding Documents can also be sent out via FEDEX. There is no fee for the Bidding Documents.
