Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Old Bridge, New Jersey. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

All bid proposals must be accompanied by either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check, drawn to the order of the Treasurer, Old Bridge Municipal Utilities Authority, for not less than ten percent (10%) of amount of bid except that the check shall not exceed $20,000. Proposals are to include unit prices, if applicable, which shall be utilized in the resultant contract and may be utilized should contract amendment (s) be necessary. All bid proposals shall be accepted and acted upon in accordance and in compliance with the Local Contracts Law (NJSA 40A:11-1 et seq.) and instruction to bidders referred to herein above. This Contract shall remain in effect for the period from August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026. The Owner reserves the right to extend this Contract for up to two (2) twelve (12) month periods or one (1) twenty-four (24) month period upon mutual agreement in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-15. During regular business hours, upon presentation of the name and mailing address of the interested party; or can be mailed by submitting a check in the amount of $5.00 to cover postage and handling if mailed.
