Site work and paving for a civil project in Aberdeen, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

As of August 29, 2025, project was awarded to Lakeside Industries but award amount is not available. This Contract provides for the improvement of Port Industrial Road located on Port of Grays Harbor properties within the City of Aberdeen and Hoquiam by planing bituminous pavement, pavement repair, repairing existing railroad siding crossings, shoulder preparation, paving with HMA CL IN. PG 58H-22, adjusting existing utilities, pavement delineations, permanent signing, and other work. Time for Completion: The work of the Contact shall be Physically Completed within 32 WORKING DAYS. Price Range: $1,150,000.00 to $1,250,000.00 Prospective bidders shall make all requests for clarification to Mr. Aaron Aschim, Contracts Manager, Port of Grays Harbor, 111 South Wooding Street, Aberdeen, WA 98520 or by email to aaschim@portgrays.org. All technical questions regarding this project are to be submitted no later than 11:00 A.M., June 24, 2025 , in writing. No verbal clarifications will be made. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in the form of a cashiers check, money order, or surety bid bond payable to the order of the Treasurer of the Port of Grays Harbor for the sum of not less than five percent (5%) of said bid or proposal and none will be considered unless accompanied by such deposit, to be forfeited to the Port of Grays Harbor in the event the successful bidder shall fail or refuse to enter into a Contract with the Port for the making and construction of the aforesaid improvement. All bids or proposals must be in writing on the form bound in the specifications, sealed, and filed with the Ports Contracts Manager on or before the day, hour, and minute mentioned above. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project, and that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. The Port of Grays Harbor, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award. After the date and hour set for the opening of bids, no bidder may withdraw its bid unless the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) calendar days following bid opening. All bidders agree to be bound by their bids until the expiration of this stated period. This project is funded by the Port of Grays Harbor in Partnership with the Grays Harbor Council of Governments.
