Project Description: Removal / Replacement of existing EPDM roofing systems including edge metal. Installation of new .060 thick black EPDM fully adhered roof assembly, insulation (mechanically fastened) and edge metal. Replacement of existing drains and raising of existing blocking as required to accommodate new insulation. Raising of all existing mechanical units. Question Deadline 07/03/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Owner. The Town of Groton reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all bids.
