Renovation of a financial development in Toledo, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 296,820-square-foot financial development.

This project involves the full modernization of one electric traction passenger elevator (the "service elevator"), including but not limited to: machine controls, door equipment, fixtures, cab shell/platform, and interior aesthetics. All systems and components shall be replaced with nonproprietary, OEM equipment that is universally maintainable. Please refer to the Project Manual for additional details informing the Work Specifications. This work includes coordination and installation of all embedded items such as sleeves, blockouts, and elevator equipment with integral anchors in concrete or masonry. Contractor shall furnish all required templates, sleeves, and installation instructions, and ensure timely delivery to the project site to meet the construction schedule. Contractor is responsible for all permitting. The work shall include coordination of all related elevator components and infrastructure, including but not limited to the following: o Pit ladders; o Sumps and floor drains in pits; o Entrance subsills; o Electrical service; and o Outlets, lights, and switches in hoistways, pits, and machine rooms. Cab enclosures shall be provided as indicated, including ventilation, lighting, finishes, access doors, thresholds, trim, and signal equipment cutouts. Bidders may submit written questions until Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 2:00 pm. All questions and answers will be posted on the Land Bank's website in the same place where this Request can be found. A timeline for starting and completing work. Work must be completed no later than August 15, 2025. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The successful bidder will be invited to negotiate and enter into an agreement with the Land Bank. No work is authorized until the Land Bank enters into a signed agreement with the successful bidder. Bids will be awarded within 15 business days of the bid deadline unless extended at the sole discretion of the Land Bank. The Land Bank reserves the right to reject all bids received for any reason.
