Renovation of a municipal facility in Perrysburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Perrysburg recently finished a Comprehensive Feasibility and Space Utilization Study that examined six (6) different buildings. The purpose of the study was to determine space needs (now and in the near future) for each of the divisions/departments currently occupying the buildings, examine the condition of the existing buildings (including all systems) and determine what improvements need to be made and which divisions/departments should be housed in each building to make work flow between the divisions/departments more efficient and to make it easier for the public to interact with the City staff. The City is now seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms to provide construction manager at risk services for the renovations of four (4) of the buildings that were part of the previous study. The selected Construction Manager at Risk firm will be part of the design team and will offer input and suggestions throughout the design process
