Question Submission Deadline:June 18, 2025, 5:00pm Question Response Deadline:June 23, 2025, 5:00pm Under the California Uniform Public Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA), Public Contract Code (PCC) Section 22032 allows work on public projects of two hundred thousand dollars ($220,000) or less may be let to contract by informal procedures. This work is not subject to formal bidding procedures and no bidder security/bond will be required. The County is soliciting bids to perform this work and will select the lowest bidder to perform the work. All other contracting requirements of the PCC remain applicable such as performance bonds, certificate of insurance, and prevailing wages, etc.
