The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and miscellaneous services to accomplish this work in strict accordance with the specifications, drawings and all associated documents. Project No. RVKQ 20-0770 Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station has a requirement for a Construction project, Repair Airfield Pavement Spalling. Contractor to furnish all plant, labor, parts, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to complete the following construction project, RVKQ 20-0770 Repair Airfield Pavement Spalling, to include the following: Repair airfield PCC pavement spalling in areas of the Aircraft Main Apron and Taxiway Alpha. Repair work includes Patching Full Depth and Partial Depth, Joint Seal, Crack Seal, and Slab/Panel Replacement at PCC pavement. Work will be performed at the 914th Air Refueling Wing, Niagara Falls ARS, Niagara County, NY. Performance time is 360 calendar days. A single Firm Fixed-Price construction contract will be awarded. This solicitation is set-aside 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, concerns IAW FAR Subpart 19.14. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
