The City of Kirkwood (hereafter noted as "the City") is requesting sealed proposals for Overhead Door Maintenance, Repair, Installation. Qualified companies (hereafter noted as "Company") are invited to submit sealed proposals to provide Overhead Door Maintenance, Repair, Installation for the City of Kirkwood Facilities Department in accordance with the specifications contained herein. Question Deadline 06/12/2025 at 5:00 PM CT All question regarding this opportunity must be asked through online. The Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all labor, tools, permits, and material necessary to design, maintain, repair, replace, or install garage doors and components within the City's buildings and grounds. Additional specialized tools required to perform services under the anticipated contract shall be billed at the provided material markup cost, as supplied by the Contractors executed Schedule of Costs Sheet. All work performed under the anticipated contract with a project value greater than $75,000 will be deemed as Missouri Prevailing Wage Compliant and all requirements and documentation required under Missouri Prevailing Wage Order #31 shall be in effect. A City of Kirkwood Contractors License is required of the Contractor and any subcontractors and may be obtained at Kirkwood City Hall. For each instance of installation or repair that arises under the anticipated contract, an estimate shall be presented to the City Facilities Manager for approval before any work can begin and must include the labor rates, hours, materials and projected completion time. The Contractor shall provide a dedicated point of contact for the City and have assigned technicians for scheduled preventative maintenance at Kirkwood City Hall, Police Department, Performing Arts Center and three (3) Fire Houses.
