Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kirkwood, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed work includes: Improving North Kirkwood Road from Swan Avenue to East Adams Avenue with new curb, sidewalk, curb ramps, side street residential and commercial entrances, milling of the road surface for a new overlay, pavement marking, new mid-block HAWK signal, storm sewer, and other appurtenances. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 2011 Edition including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. All questions are due by October 10, 2025 5:00 PM CT and can only be submitted through the City of Kirkwoods e-Procurement Platform, Ionwave, at online A certified cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The City of Kirkwood reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The DBE Goal for this project is 8%.
