Wichita Falls Independent School District (WFISD) is seeking proposals for the procurement of Job Order Contracting (Trades Bid). A Job Order Contract is an indefinite quantity contract pursuant to which the contractor may perform individual projects at different WFISD locations on an as-needed basis. All responding vendors must have the order processing capability of accepting a district-issued Purchase Order to place an order of any type. Vendors must accept Net 30 payments terms. Question Deadline 07/21/2025 at 12:00 PM CT A pre-proposal conference will be held but it not mandatory (though it can be very helpful). See Activities tab for details. In general, WFISD will reference this RFP when requesting a quote or placing an order for services, and the awarded Vendor(s) must reference this RFP on all quotes, invoices and related correpondence. The Job Order Contracting effective period will be for a term of two years, from 9/1/2025-8/31/2027. All Vendors who fulfill all RFP documentation and information requirements will be included in the ranked award of the trade for which Vendor bid, and be ordered by rate, and utilized in the set order. WFISD Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if it determines in its sole discretion that a reasonable basis exists for doing so.
