The criteria set forth below must be met to achieve successful completion of the project: 3.1 DESIGN 3.1.1 Full-hood, permanent baseball/softball backstop 20ft wide x 10ft tall Concrete footings Zinc fittings and fabric 3.1.2 Dugouts (2) 10ft deep Steel roof Wrap with chain link fence Mount to existing concrete slab 3.2 LAND PREPARATION 3.2.1 Leave all concrete 3.2.2 Demolition of existing backstop and dugouts 3.2.3 Clearing of vegetation, rocks and debris 3.2.4 Level and bring to grade 3.2.5 Ensure the field surface is flat and properly sloped for optimal drainage
