Wichita Falls Independent School District's ("WFISD" or "District") Board of Trustees invites qualified vendors to offer a service of regularly scheduled, consistent, quality Comprehensive Tree Services (and related) as described herein and solicited in compliance with State and Local law. Question Deadline 07/18/2025 at 12:00 PM CT All questions and/or requests for clarification, or general questions, must be made prior to the Question Deadline through online. Any interpretations or clarifications in response to this request for proposal will be made by addenda. Addenda will be issued on this online. Services include the general upkeep of trees on WFISD properties, including storm cleanup, trim/removal of dead trees, and qualified maintenance to maintain all trees and related greenery to provide visual enhancement of property exteriors as well as to improve the potential lifetime of trees. All WFISD properties should be segmented with service specifications, preferred scheduling, as well as any exclusions. Contract will be 2-year, 09/01/2025-08/31/2027 WFISD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Emailed and faxed submissions will be disqualified upon receipt. Proposals will not be publicly opened. If submittal assistance is needed, Vendor must email purchasing@wfisd.net. Correspondence to any other District employee or representative is not allowable.
