McClatchy High School Pool Modernization ("Project"). McClatchy High School in Sacramento, California. Scope included but not limited to pool equipment upgrades with automatic controls and ADA upgrades to adjacent spaces. o Anticipated substantial completion of construction: June, 2028 In accordance with California Labor Code Sections 1770 et seq. payment of the appropriate general prevailing rate of wages for all crafts employed on the public works site is required of the Contractor and all subcontractors. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations ("DIR") pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. No contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project unless registered with the DIR pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR. Compliance with skilled and trained workforce requirements of Public Contract Code sections 2600 et seq. is required for the Project.
