As of September 26, 2025, a general contractor has not yet been awarded, but all bids for this project have been received. An award date has not yet been released. Project is located at the UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, CA (Davis Tower), and consists of replacing twenty-four (24) existing overhead equipment booms; installing twelve (12) surgical lights in tandem with booms arms; installing wall mounted exam lights in the remaining twelve (12) locations; and installing new wall-mounted diagnostic boards in all twenty-four (24) rooms. Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Lump Sum Base Proposal, excluding alternates, shall accompany each bid. The surety issuing the Bid Bond shall be, on the bid deadline, an admitted surety insurer (as defined in the California Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120) The successful bidder will be required to have the following California contractor's license at the time of the bid opening: B - General Building.
