Renovation of a medical facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
CancerCare Manitoba CCMB, Early Works - Grace General Hospital. Work of this Contract comprises reconfiguring existing space and creating a new clinical spaces with supporting spaces on the ground level of the Grace General Hospital in the CancerCare Manitoba CCMB Clinic. This Contract includes all work, materials and procedures as indicated on the drawings and in the specifications and other documents referenced or related to this project. Each Bid Submission must include security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Base Bid Price. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price. The Owner in its sole discretion may reject or accept all or any part of a bid, including any or all of the bids submitted under this bid call; and the Owner is under no obligation whatsoever to accept the lowest or any bid submitted.
