The Encina Wastewater Authority (EWA or Owner) is requesting bids from qualified Coatings Contractors to provide coatings on non-buried pipes, tanks, buildings, appurtenances and equipment at the Encina Water Pollution Control Facility (EWPCF) located in Carlsbad, California, and may also include other remote facilities. Other Details EWA desires to engage a Contractor on an as-needed basis and issue individual Task Orders that describe the Work to be performed by the Contractor during the term of each Task Order. The individual Task Orders will cover the projects identified for fiscal years 2026 to 2028. The Centrifuge Feed Pump Pit drawings prepared by Black & Veatch are included as part of Attachment 1 and provide dimensions of the items to be coated. The Contractor shall use a coating system included in the Coating Specification Section (also provided in Attachment 1). Biddershall note thatthe work under TaskOrder 1may not proceed asthe first chronological TaskOrder and isincluded explicitly in this RFB for Bid evaluation purposes.
