We acknowledge the discrepancy regarding the location of panel fabrication. Fabrication of the control panels outside the state of California is acceptable, provided the following conditions are met: 1. All fabrication takes place within a US based, UL-listed facility. 2. The installing contractor assumes full responsibility for all warranty-related work and service issues, regardless of fabrication location. 3. If the installing contractor is not the panel fabricator, any modifications made to the panels during installation will not void the warranty, and the contractor agrees to perform such work without exception or delay. 4. For the Site Acceptance Test (SAT), either a qualified representative from the panel fabrication facility must be present or the installing contractor must provide written documentation from the fabricator authorizing them to conduct the SAT on their behalf.
