Oconee County is seeking to establish an annual contract for WORK under this contract to include the construction and repair of water and sewer projects including site work, appurtenances, labor and materials necessary to complete the WORK. The WORK shall include a number of tasks to be performed by the CONTRACTOR as issued through June 30, 2026 in accordance with plans and specifications issued by Oconee County. A bid bond* in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount and a Consent of Surety must be enclosed in your bid submission at the time of the bid opening. The Consent of Surety shall state that upon award of agreement, a Performance and Payment bond of one hundred percent (100%) of the total agreement amount can be furnished. *Surety companies executing bonds must be authorized to transact business in the State of Georgia. Bid date notes: Each sealed envelope must be marked on the outside as "Annual Construction for Water Mains & Sewer Collection System Improvements ITB #25-06-019" along with your company's name and address. The OCBOC reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or any bid that is deemed non-responsive or non-responsible, to waive technicalities, and to issue change orders altering the original scope of work to address changes or unforeseen conditions necessary for the contract's completion.
