** As of 07/14/2025 project has been awarded to Discover Construction LLC but no awarded amount available** The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project includes: Milling existing pavement and installing new Hot Mix Asphalt Surface Course, install curb, sidewalk and ADA ramps where required, and drainage upgrades, as well as all other work of any type or description necessary for completion of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within 90 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. Questions may be directed to Frank Antisell at 732-951-2385. No printed plans or specifications will be available for purchase for this project. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or cash in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid, but not more than $20,000.00, payable without any conditional endorsement as a guarantee that in case the Contract is awarded to the Bidder, he will within ten (10) days thereafter execute such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bonds. Upon failure to do so he shall forfeit the deposit as liquidated damages and the acceptance of the Bid will be contingent upon. The fulfillment of this requirement by the Bidder. No interest shall be allowed upon any such certified check or cash. A bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid, but not more than $20,000.00, may be substituted for certified check or cash. The Township reserves the right to reject any, or all Bids if in its opinion it is in the best interest to do so and to award the Contract for any and/or all items.
