The Contractor shall perform everything required to be performed and shall provide and furnish all the labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment, and all utility and transportation services required to perform and complete in a workmanlike manner all the work required for the construction of Public Works contract designated No. 25-842-CP, all in strict accordance with the Contract drawings and specifications including any and all addenda, prepared by the Frederick County Office of Transportation Engineering, which Contract drawings and specifications are made a part of the Contract, and in strict compliance with the Contractor's proposal and the other sections ofthe Contract documents herein mentioned which are a part ofthis Contract, and the Contractor shall do everything required by this Contract and the other documents constituting a part hereof. All communications relative to the bid for this Work shall be directed to Laura Schug, CPPB, Procurement Analyst prior to the opening of Bids and no later than 4:00 p.m. July 23, 2025. The subject project work is located in Frederick County and includes Stream Relocation and Drainage Improvements in accordance with the terms, conditions and specification of this solicitation. Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Artie Kemp Road Stream Relocation and Drainage Improvements (FY2025).
