The project is expected to be awarded on July 01, 2025. 2025 Road Program Collingdale Borough Work includes milling, overlay, patching and base repair. Add Alternates are included. Bids must include a certified check or bid bond, with corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in the amount of 10% of the bid, as posted through Online. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder. Questions Due Date : Jun 18th 2025, 12:00 PM EDT. Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid packages, (ie insurance and the E-Verify Public Works Employment Verification Act and PA Prevailing Wage Rates). The Successful Bidder who is awarded the Contract will be required to pay Online D a fee of 1/3% (.0033) of the Contract Award Value. Collingdale Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions of, to informalities in the bidding, and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.
