Renovation of a municipal facility in Yreka, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Project consists of demolition of the existing data cabling at the entire facility, refeeding devices with new cabling and support, and installation of a new fiber optic feed from the Government Center IT Room to the existing jail. The Siskiyou County Government Center is located at 311 4th Street, Yreka, CA. The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a solicitation response for Aluminum Box Culvert for CTH CV (Lake Street). The County intends to use the results of this process to award a contract(s) or issuance of purchase order for the product(s) and or services(s) stated above. Engineers Construction Cost Estimate is $300,000.00 to $350,000.00. Vendor Question Submission Deadline: June 24, 2025, 4:00pm - Question Deadline 06/30/2025 Questions regarding the Bidding Documents shall be directed to Amanda Kimball at (530) 842-8800 or akimball2@co.siskiyou.ca.us. Each Bid must be in accordance with the Contract Documents, drawings, and specifications. The County is required to pay the Wisconsin excise or occupation tax on its purchase of beer, liquor, wine, cigarettes, tobacco products, motor vehicle fuel and general aviation fuel. The County is exempt from Wisconsin sales or use tax on these purchases. The County may be subject to other states' taxes on its purchases in that state depending on the laws of that state. Vendors performing construction activities are required to pay state use tax on the cost of materials. Dane County reserves the right to accept any part of this bid deemed to be in the best interest of the County. The County also retains the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The County reserves the right to accept any part of a submission deemed to be in the best interest of the County and to reject any and all proposals and to negotiate the terms of the contract, including the award amount, with the selected proposer prior to entering into a contract. If contract negotiations cannot be concluded successfully with the highest scoring proposer, the County may negotiate a contract with the next highest scoring proposer. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
