Reference number: 20077100 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-06-23 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 12 The City of Bois-des-Filion wishes to receive tenders for the replacement of the exterior siding and doors and windows of the Chalet des citoyens located at 30 montee Gagnon. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to - Replacing the existing fibre cement siding with wood siding with masonry siding; - Replacing decorative aluminium elements; - Replacement of doors and windows, including hardware; - removal and reinstallation of mechanical and electrical components. To be considered, the bid must be accompanied by a bid security of a minimum value of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid (taxes included), valid for a period of ninety (90) days following the bid opening date, in one of the forms described below: - a certified cheque or bank draft payable to Ville de Bois-des-Filion; or - a bid bond issued by an insurance company authorized by the Autorite des marches financiers du Quebec (AMF) to act as surety. The bid bond must also be accompanied by a letter of undertaking, issued by an insurance company holding an insurer's licence issued by the AMF authorizing it to act as a surety, stipulating that a performance bond and a contractor's obligation bond for wages, materials and services, each representing a value of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount of the bid (including taxes), will be granted to the bidder if its bid is accepted.
