To be considered, the tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee of a minimum value of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the tender (including taxes), valid for a period of ninety (90) days following the date of opening of tenders, in one of the forms described below:a certified cheque, or a bank draft, made payable to Ville de Bois-des-Filion; or a bid bond issued by an insurance company authorized by the Autorite des marches financiers du Quebec (AMF) to stand surety.
