Reference number: 20111930 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-01-08 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 35 Description The City of Bois-des-Filion wishes to receive offers for roadway maintenance for the years 2026, 2027 and 2028. The contract will start following its award and end on December 31, 2028. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, correcting degraded pavement surfaces and carrying out paving repairs following excavation work. To be considered, the tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee of a minimum value of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the tender (including taxes), valid for a period of ninety (90) days following the date of opening of tenders, in one of the forms described below: a certified cheque, or a bank draft, made payable to Ville de Bois-des-Filion; or a bid bond issued by an insurance company authorized by the Autorite des marches financiers du Quebec (AMF) to stand surety. If the tender guarantee is in the form of a bond, it must also be accompanied by a letter of commitment issued by an insurance company holding an insurer's licence issued by the AMF and authorizing it to engage in the guarantee activity, stating that a bond, representing a value of one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the offer (taxes included) will be granted to the bidder if their offer is successful.
