Renovation of a municipal facility in Waupaca, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of August 1, 2025. Project was awarded to Emmons on furniture, and Sargent Electric on LV & AV. The Work of this Project consists of two bid packages. The furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) package, consists of new furniture procurement and installation for new private offices, meeting rooms, conference rooms and breakrooms throughout the building. The package also includes low voltage and audio visual (LV / AV) system upgrades as well as the procurement and installation of new displays and mounting hardware. Add-Alternates in this package include the furniture, displays and mounting bracket procurement and installation of the UW Extension suite and Phase 2 FF&E and LV/AV. Each bidder must submit a bid security, payable to the County of Waupaca, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the Bid, as set forth in Wis. Stats 66.0901 and 62.15. No Bid may be withdrawn until 60 days after the time stated for receipt of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the bid or bids which best serves the interests of the County.
