The Routt County Justice Center is located at 1955 Shield Drive in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The objective is to have a fully executed Routt County Construction Contract by August 6, 2025 with project completion by October 1, 2025. An on-site exploratory investigation was conducted in April of 2025 to determine the cause of the masonry site wall's advanced deterioration. Portions of the brick veneer and cap stone were removed at pre-determined locations to showcase the relative condition of multiple site walls. During the investigation numerous design and construction deficiencies were observed to reveal the causes of the advanced deterioration. The subsequent report, attached to this RFP, is intended to document the findings of the investigation as well as to outline restoration means, methods and materials of this proposed restoration project.
