Reference Number 0000382247 Bid Intent Not Available The City of Steamboat is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for design/build services for the construction of a new, permanent grandstand to replace the existing bleachers located left of the main grandstand (See Exhibit A.) and possible replacement of existing bleachers right of main grandstand. The project will generally consist of the complete removal of three non-permanent bleacher structures left of the main grandstand, and construction of a new, permanent grandstand with seating for a minimum of 400 on the left side with integrated ADA seating, and additional site and access improvements to accommodate for any stormwater runoff. Responses to all questions shall be issued in the form of an addendum no later than 3:00 PM, May 1st, 2025. Proposers are cautioned not to contact other City staff during this RFP process.
