In general, the project consists of the following: Stream bank restoration for approximately 500 linear feet along Knollwood Drive. Restoration techniques to include large stacked rock bank protection, large rip-rap placement, stream grade control using in stream structures, and final restoration of disturbed soils. Contract term: 1 year Question Deadline 06/25/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Amendments can only be accomplished by means of Addenda issued by the Engineer. Written questions must be addressed and submitted via email to Donald Harner, P.E. Questions received after the deadline will not be answered. All Bids must be made on the official Bid Form, and be accompanied by a certified check or satisfactory bid bond, payable to the Town of Dryden, in the amount equal to 5% of the Base Bid. All such bid securities will be returned no later than the forty-sixth day after the Bid opening Minority- and Women-Owned Businesses and Section 3 HUD are encouraged to bid. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the Town.
