The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the General Services Division to establish a contract for Building 37 Renovations Project located at 604 57th Street Charleston, WV Technical questions due 07/03/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Submit Questions to: Tara Lyle, Senior Buyer 2019 Washington Street, East Charleston, WV 25305 Fax: (304) 558-3970 Email: Tara.L.Lyle@wv.gov MAINTENANCE BOND: The apparent successful Vendor shall provide a two (2) year maintenance bond covering the roofing system ifthe work impacts an existing roof. The amount ofthe bond must be equal to the price associated with the percentage ofthe project impacting the roof. The maintenance bond must be issued and delivered to the Purchasing Division prior to Contract award.
