TURNPIKE SIGNING RENOVATION CONTRACT TPS-1-25 Signing renovation including sign panels and associated supports from MP 59.5 to MP 95.27 on the West Virginia Turnpike and all toll related sign panels and associated supports from MP 27.5 to MP 58.5 on the West Virginia turnpike and from MP 0.0 to MP 1.0 on the Corridor L Interchange. All work under this contract shall be completed by October 30th, 2026. Proposals must be made via online in the manner designated in the specifications, and must be accompanied by a Cashier's or certified check or bid bond in favor of the west virginia parkways authority, For an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal or $2,000 whichever is the greater, and must be delivered to the office of the west virginia Parkways authority, administration building, 3310 piedmont road, charleston, west virginia 25306 On or before the day and hour named. All bids submitted by bidders who have been debarred or declared ineligible by the Director of the Purchasing Division shall be rejected. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals submitted, and to waive any or all formalities in bidding, as it may deem in its best interest. The Authority strongly encourages Minority Owned and Women Owned businesses to submit proposals for this contract. The WVPA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
