The City of Charleston, WV (the City) is soliciting bids for an open-end agreement for various classes, sizes and quantities of River Gravel and Limestone for projects undertaken by the City. Q & A Deadline 06/17/2025 10:00 AM EDT Vendors may submit questions relating to this Solicitation to the City of Charlestons Purchasing Director at bids@cityofcharleston.org. Questions must be submitted in writing. All questions must be submitted on or before the date listed below and to the address listed below to be considered. A written response will be published in a Solicitation addendum if a response is possible and appropriate. Non-written discussions, conversations, or questions and answers regarding this Solicitation are preliminary in nature and are nonbinding. Submitted emails should have the solicitation number and name in the subject line. The successful lowest responsive bidder will be required to be licensed by the State of California, Contractors State License Board, at time of bid with license(s) as indicated above for the specific scope of work.
