Interior and exterior alterations to the existing Jack River School and Helen Betty Osborne Ininiw Resource Centre, located in Norway House, Manitoba. The Tenderer shall submit a Bid security of 10% of the Tender amount with its Tender in the form of a bid bond or a security deposit. A Performance bond and a labour and material payment bond each in an amount that is equal to not less than 50% of the contract amount referred to in the Articles of Agreement.
