Renovation of a mixed-use development in Stewartstown, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and warehouse / distribution facility.

As of July 10, 2025 Project has not been awarded, Award will be on August 27, 2025 All companies, corporations, and tradenames bidding must be registered and have a certificate of existence from the Secretary of State, Corporate Division online. (telephone 603-271-3244) in order to do business with the State of New Hampshire. Bid Proposals must be made out on the forms provided in the specifications packet and submitted in a sealed envelope marked: "Bid Proposal": Asphalt Shingle Roof Replacement Warehouse Park Project No. CAP2430. If the Contractor fails to complete all of the work or sections of the Project, within the time specified in the Contract, the sum given in the schedule that follows will be deducted from any money due the Contractor. This deduction will be made, not as a penalty, but as fixed, agreed liquidation damages for inconvenience to the State and for reimbursing the Department the cost of the Administration of the Contract, including engineering and inspection. Should the amount of money otherwise due the Contractor be less than the amount of such liquidated damages, the Contractor and his Surety shall be liable to the State for such deficiency The State reserves the right to offset from any amounts otherwise payable to the Contractor under this Agreement those liquidated amounts required or permitted by N.H. RSA 80:7 through RSA 80:7-c or any other provision of law. The Warehouse is located at Coleman State Park Eckerd Alley Way Stewartstown, NH. The mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held outside of the Warehouse The intent of the contract is to provide the State with a new asphalt shingle roofs on the Warehouse at Coleman State Park in Stewartstown, NH. The roofs shall be watertight and completely finished. The following work items give a general summary of the extent of the work but are not intended to be a complete itemization of the work. a) Strip and dispose of all existing asphalt shingles. b) Patch and repair deteriorated sheathing if necessary. c) Replace the fascia, trim and rake boards if necessary. d) Install ice and watershield as indicated on the plans and where required. e) Install drip edges. f) Install Asphalt Shingle roofing system. g) Inspect the cupola from the roofline up. h) Provide the following Warranties at the completion of the job: 1. 2 Year Installers Warranty. 2. Provide Asphalt shingle manufacturers warranty (50 year). 3. Provide Asphalt Shingle manufacturers wind warranty 130 MPH.
