The purpose of this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL is to provide Manchester Community College with Commercial Cleaning Services for a 34-month period from September 1, 2025, through June 30, 2028 with the option to extend the contract with two additional one-year extensions All questions related to the RFP should be submitted via e-mail to:Sean Fitzpatrick, System Office Procurement at sfitzpatrick@ccsnh.edu The term of any resulting contract shall end on or before June 30, 2028. Manchester Community College shall have the right to terminate the contract at any time by giving the Contractor a thirty (30) day written notice. Contract Start Date Monday, 9/1/25
