Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of existing roofing systems and installation of new roofing systems as described in the Project Manual. Copies of project manual, including specifications and drawings, to be used for the above mentioned project are enclosed. Commissioner The Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority is soliciting Quotations for ROOFING REPLACEMENT of the main roof at Buildings #3,4,7 - Kelley Falls Apts. (AMP 002) 363-383 Kimball Street, Manchester, NH. Quotations shall not be withdrawn for the duration of sixty (60) days after close of acceptance period. Contractors are advised to visit the site prior to submitting a quotation in order to fully familiarize themselves with all aspects of the work. Attention is called to the provisions for Equal Employment Opportunity and the Davis-Bacon Act. Payment of not less than the minimum salaries and wages must be paid on this project as set forth in the Project Manual. The Contractor shall submit certified payrolls for all persons employed under this project. The Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority reserves the right to conduct a pre-award survey for the purpose of determining the firm's qualifications and capacity to perform the work. This survey will include review of subcontracting agreements, financial capacity, and quality of previously performed work. The Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority reserves the right to reject any or all quotations or to waive any informalities. Quotation Documents, including the Form For Quotation, the Non-Collusive Affidavit and completed Form HUD 5369-A "Representations, Certifications, and other Statements of Offerors" shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes and clearly marked with the words "ROOFING REPLACEMENT - THREE BUILDINGS KELLY FALLS APARTMENTS.
