Renovation of a mixed-use development in Manchester, New Hampshire. Working plans call for the renovation of a 47,000-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and water / sewer project.

The scope of this project is the relocation of the Manchester Water Works. . Lavallee Brensinger Architects (LBA) has been retained by Manchester Water Works to generate a program and preliminary design for the project. The program includes Administrative Offices of approximately 17,000 square feet, Vehicle Service and Storage facilities of approximately 30,000 square feet, and project sitework of several acres. Programming and Design updating meetings will be held regularly with all parties establishing and confirming requirements prior to finalizing Design Development Concepts and proceeding to Construction Documents. MWW and LBA have projected the project construction budget to be in the $20MM range. Qualified C/M's must demonstrate experience with similar project types and be prepared to assist the MWW and LBA in the project's full development, up to and including construction. Construction is planned to start in the Spring of 2026. Manchester Water Works, acting through its Board of Water Commissioners and in accordance with the provisions of Manchester NH Code of Ordinances Chapter 39: Procurement Code, inclusive, is inviting Construction Managers (C/M's) to submit a prequalification application related to the Relocation of Operations for the Administration and Vehicle Storage Facility, at Manchester Water Works Property Qualifications shall be limited to twenty (20) total pages single sided exclusive of front/back covers, table of contents, checklist, and dividers.
