The Manchester VA Medical Center is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive inspection, maintenance, and repair services for approximately 1,000 doors across its campus, including around 135 fire/smoke doors. The scope includes quarterly inspections and reports for fire door assemblies in accordance with NFPA 80 standards, annual summary reports of inspections and corrective actions, standby repair services for both fire and non-fire doors, and provision of materials and parts for non-routine repairs. Contractors must supply all necessary personnel, tools, and equipment, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, VA, and other applicable regulations. Deliverables include detailed inspection reports, repair documentation, technician credentials, safety plans, and material safety data sheets. Work must be coordinated with the Contracting Officers Representative (COR), and all technicians must be fully qualified and authorized. The contract performance period is from September 15, 2025, to September 14, 2026.
