It is the responsibility of any person or organization interested in a hard copy of the Bidding Documents to pay all costs associated with printing. Contact the Engineer, ATCS PA, INC. at 700 Park Ave, Suite 1, Altoona, PA 16602; 814-932-1815 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with any questions pertaining to this advertisement. All requests for information or document clarifications during the bid process shall be emailed to hobeid@atcs.com. In person, telephone and/or facsimile questions will not be accepted. All responses and addendums will be emailed to all registered contractors. All questions are due by 12:00 PM on June 23, 2025. Each BID must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the Gregg Township Board of Supervisors for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the BID. As soon as the BID prices have been compared, the Township will return the Bonds of all except the three lowest responsible bidders. When the Agreement is executed, the bonds of the two remaining unsuccessful bidders will be returned. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding, or to limit the scope of work involved. No bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. All Contractors must be prequalified. Established PA Prevailing wages apply to this contract. The contract documents have a goal for addressing prevailing labor wage rates, labor standards, and non-discrimination in hiring practices.
