Delivery: 08/31/2025 Delivery Location Code: 03H8 USDA FOREST SERVICE TOWNSEND RANGER DISTRICT 415 S FRONT TOWNSEND MT 59644 US This project is to bring the crawl space of the Townsend Dwelling up to International Residential Code. Work includes the removal of existing debris/junk from the crawl space, fabrication and installation of vent closures, installation of wall insulation, installation of a vapor retarder, and correction of HVAC ductwork to include mechanical ventilation of the crawl space. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work. All waste materials generated from work is to be disposed of off Forest Service land in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations
